I am so excited to share with you a blog post that I wrote for the virtual yoga studio Honey Bee Sweat.
While my original intention was to bring you specific tips and things that you can apply in your everyday life to be more mindful, life brought me several practical instances to apply mindfulness that I felt were much more important to share with you.
So many people think that mindfulness is a little hippie or zen, when in reality it is an incredibly empowering opportunity to choose how you will respond to life’s stresses. I believe that if we realized the power we have over our own reactions and emotions that our lives would radically change. Through practicing mindfulness, we can dictate how we want to respond to our situations rather than our situations controlling us!
