Sickness is not the only thing that is contagious. Health is too! Think about it, when you make the choice to become healthier, everyone around you is impacted. When you are healthy, you are more patient with the kids, you are more present with your spouse, your quality of work is better because you aren’t burned out. Imagine how that kind of impact could spread!
I give women the tools they need for contagious health. The fact is, the power that stress can have on your health, mind and happiness can seem like a vicious cycle. But the cycle does not have to continue. I teach you how to access the ability to relax that is already inside you through the practice of yoga, mindfulness techniques, and breathing practices.

I am committed to helping women just like you break the stress cycle, find solutions for when stress inevitably pops up, and live a fulfilled and happy life.
I offer private, personalized yoga classes where it’s convenient for you – virtually, in your home or workplace. The sessions I teach are suited to all levels of yoga practitioners, including All Levels Flow (Vinyasa), Yoga for Athletes, Power Flow, Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Children’s and Teen’s Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga for Digestion, and Yoga for Stress.
I am available to teach private yoga, office yoga, workshops, pop up classes and special events in the Clayton, Pine Level, Wilson, Princeton, and Goldsboro North Carolina. I also teach virtual yoga for those that prefer the online space or are out of the local area. I am an insured Registered Yoga Teacher and 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Member, holding a variety of certifications and specialties.
It is my goal to make sure that you feel comfortable and supported in class. I always seek to provide a friendly and welcoming environment where we can tune-in, relax and even laugh a little.

Take a deep breath, grab your yoga mat, and join us for a laid-back evening at Hinnant Family Vineyards. We’ll start with a gentle yoga class designed to melt away stress and help you unwind—no yoga experience needed.
After class, stick around to sip on a glass of Hinnant wine or non-alcoholic grape juice, soak in the vineyard views, and enjoy some well-deserved time just for you.
Event is $25 per person which includes yoga class and glass of wine.
